Leading independent accountant and business adviser, Cowgill Holloway has announced a major new client win for its Liverpool office. The firm has won the audit and corporate finance advisory work for privately owned Birkenhead-based contract aerosols producer, Hydrokem Aerosols.
Established 30 years ago and employing over 50 staff, Hydrokem manufactures a range of private label personal care, household, janitorial and specialty technical products. Clients range from major global conglomerates to small privately owned marketing companies and include many well known high street brands.
In 2005 Managing Director, Vince East led a management buy-out from the founders and has since successfully doubled the turnover of the business to over £8 million.
