Cowgill Holloway LLP, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, has announced the appointment of Mark Borzomato as Corporate Finance Director.
Mark has over twelve years corporate finance experience, having worked within both industry and professional services organisations. Prior to joining Cowgill Holloway Mark worked for Alliance Fund Managers. He brings with him a vast amount of knowledge in a range of sectors including energy, retail and food products.
“Mark will work across Cowgills offices in Manchester, Liverpool and Bolton and will be working closely with the expanding team to help grow the practice and bring a greater presence of the firm within the region. He said: “I am looking forward to adding a further growth dimension to the established team who have been successfully advising businesses in the North West over many years.”
