Director, Corporate Finance
Charles qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and became a partner in Touche Ross, later Deloitte & Touche, in 1990. He was involved in a large number of public and private company acquisitions and disposals and also spent a period on secondment to NatWest Bank.
He joined Cowgill Holloway in 2000 as Corporate Finance Director and
specialises in corporate finance and litigation work.
