Paul, who is a qualified management accountant, joined Cowgill Holloway in 2004 and has been a director in the Outsourcing Business Unit since its inception. He became a partner in the firm in 2011.
Prior to this, he was responsible for building the finance function within a leading IT and telecoms retailer (Dabs.com).
His work here underpinned the later sale of the business to BT.
