Cowgill Holloway accountancy firm has appointed Matt Smith as senior manager, to further bridge the gap between the compliance and corporate finance departments.  
 
Matt has over seven years experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Manchester, working in the audit and assurance department, and has spent the last year working on transactions, due diligence and corporate strategy planning.  
 
Commenting on his appointment, Matt said: "I was attracted to Cowgill Holloway as it continues to receive recognition as 'a firm on the up'. Working at Cowgills offers a more personal approach to both clients and employees and I am looking forward to having greater flexibility to further improve my skill set."
