A vacancy has arisen for an experienced PA/Compliance Support Administrator to join our Wealth Management division in Bolton on a fixed term contact to cover Maternity. The successful candidate will support the Practice Manager with office administration and compliance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing compliance procedures, issuing/monitoring staff declarations
  • Assisting in the preparation work for the Annual Compliance audit
  • Working closely with marketing and compliance to arrange the approval of content
  • Using XERO accountancy software to load invoices ready to produce company accounts
  • Liaising with providers, suppliers and clients as required
  • Preparation and issue of general letters/mail merges
  • Prepare and send out monthly client feedback questionnaires 
  • Monitoring staff holidays/sickness
  • Arranging meeting for admin staff, paraplanners and advisers

The Candidate:

  • Practical experience and knowledge of an IFA environment
  • Experience of an office admin support role
  • Motivated by working in a fast paced environment
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in Maths and English
  • A good working knowledge of IRESS Adviser Office, is beneficial but not essential
