Cowgills recruit trainees for three year ICAEW training contracts under our graduate trainee programme. We currently run two graduate programmes - Audit & Accounts and a dedicated Tax graduate programme.
For both graduate programmes, our minimum academic requirements are at least 3 B Grades at A level and to have, or expect to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree. Coupled with these we look for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team who have an interest in the commercial world.
All vacancies are based at our Bolton office. We recruit for vacancies in January and September each year. We are committed to developing our own trainees’ careers and have members of our management team who started with Cowgills as ICAEW trainees.
