Junior Administration Assistant

A little bit about the role itself

  • Meeting and greeting clients, visitors and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Booking meeting rooms and updating SkyVisitor
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and taking messages
  • Management of meeting room bookings including preparing and clearing rooms
  • Organising client meetings
  • Providing refreshments and arranging lunches for client meetings
  • Management of office post – incoming and outgoing
  • Ordering stationery & office supplies
  • Providing administrative support to the Manchester Team
  • Typing of letters and reports
  • Onboarding process including money laundering checks
  • Setting up new clients & preparing proposals and engagement letters
  • Photocopying, filing, archiving and scanning

Who we are looking for

  • We’re looking for straight-talking, down-to-earth people to join Team Cowgills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent administration skills
  • A confident communicator verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • A positive attitude
  • You’ll love working as part of a team and socialising with colleagues

Qualifications / Experience

Some experience is preferred but training will be given.
