Cowgills corporate finance team has advised Communicate Better, the Warrington-based provider of IT, Mobile, Telephony and Telematics on the sale of its business to Daisy Communications.
Having worked with the shareholders for many years, Cowgills partner Ian Johnson and director James Kennedy, together with Keith Kennedy, partner at Pearson Legal, completed the sale for an undisclosed sum this week. The acquisition by Nelson-based Daisy Communications will create significant opportunity for Communicate Better to continue its strong growth trajectory.
