Our Business Recovery team were recently appointed as Administrators to Cheshire Food Services Ltd following a difficult period of trading which rendered the company insolvent.
Cheshire Foods Services Ltd, which is based in Trafford Park, operated as a supplier of fresh and frozen meat, with its customers primarily being hotels, restaurants, schools and colleges. It delivered nationally to Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and London.
After a short marketing campaign, an offer was received from Country Food Services Ltd, for the business and assets and this was subsequently recommended for acceptance. The sale completed on 8 July.
