North West accountants and business advisers, Cowgill Holloway LLP has appointed another specialist as part of the expansion of its Manchester based corporate finance team.
Corporate Finance Director, Mark Bringloe has joined the leading firm bringing with him more than 10 years experience from within the Manchester corporate finance community. In that time he has undertaken many corporate finance assignments and specialises in transaction support.
Head of Corporate Finance, Ian Johnson said: “We are extremely pleased to have someone of Mark’s calibre on-board. His experience of due diligence is particularly strong and will be of enormous benefit to us as we expand the department.”
