Cowgill Holloway Appoints New Director of Information Systems

North West chartered accountants and business advisory firm Cowgill Holloway has appointed Chris Leigh as Director of Information Systems.

Chris, has a 25-year background in IT and retains his position as CEO of Real Time Race Limited. Chris recently graduated a second time with an MBA from world renowned Manchester Business School.

His new position will encompass reviewing the firm’s existing information systems and driving a number of projects to improve the robustness, quality and cost-effectiveness of the internal systems within the company.

Stuart Stead, Partner at Cowgill Holloway said, “Chris’ drive, coupled with extensive expertise in IT make him a real asset to our ever expanding firm, and we are delighted to have him on board.”

Chris Leigh, Director of Information Systems commented, “I was enthused that Cowgill Holloway are pushing for early adoption of the latest technology. Of course a business case needs to be demonstrated and the projects need to be derisked.”

In addition to the appointment, Cowgill Holloway has also signed a new service level agreement and support contract to retain Task Office as a key supplier of IT support. They will provide enhanced speed/security and to reduce unscheduled downtime for Cowgill Holloway users.
