On Wednesday 18 April, the Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery team will be presenting to members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales at a lunchtime seminar at Bolton Golf Club.
The event, organised by the ICAEW, aims at giving members a chance to catch up with the latest updates across various sectors and services.
Craig Johns, Partner and Ben Cowgill, Director will be running the accountants through case studies regarding directors’ loan accounts, emphasising the need to ensure directors’ loan accounts are treated correctly during an insolvency.
Benjamin Day, Director of Funding, will be talking about the evolving funding market, highlighting how the way in which clients search for funding has changed over recent years and why accountants are key to helping clients to navigate the world of funding.
