North West chartered accountants and business advisers, Cowgill Holloway LLP, have been appointed to provide audit and corporate finance services to textile wholesaler Ruia Group Limited.
Ruia Group, which supplies & distributes household textiles and hosiery to some of the UK’s foremost retailers and hospitality organisations, is a family run business which was formed in 1986.
With their headquarters, manufacturing and distribution centre at Kearsley Mill, near Manchester, Ruia Group also operates at facilities in Bolton, Leicester, Crewe and Lanark. They design and manufacture products for brands including Jeep, Farah, Pringle, Elle, Richard Haworth and Belledorm. In 2006 they also acquired Sock Shop, a retailer of ladies and mens socks and underwear. Sock Shop has 7 concessions and an on-line retail store.
