Cowgill Holloway LLP, leading accountants and business advisers, has merged with Jackson UK LLP, based in Liverpool.
Jackson has a solid client base which will benefit from the wider expertise offered by Cowgill Holloway in service areas such as corporate finance, specialist tax and business advisory.
Claire Jackson, Managing Partner of Jackson UK, was one of the founders having established the business in 1998, the new practice will take the Cowgill Holloway name. The merger, which secures the jobs of the entire Jackson workforce, will boost Cowgill’s partner and staffing levels to 17 partners and 142 staff.
