North West accountants and business advisers launch dedicated specialist team to help raise finances for property businesses.
Property businesses still struggling to combat the economic downturn can now get vital assistance with funding through a new initiative from North West accountancy and business advisory firm Cowgill Holloway.
The property industry has been hit harder than most by the challenging economic conditions throughout the world but Cowgills’ dedicated new Property Funding Team, will enable businesses to raise finances with greater ease and expediency.
Private investors and developers; trading businesses with or seeking to acquire property; and fund and collective investment scheme managers can all benefit from the new team headed by David Rainford, a former Bank of Ireland Property Finance Director. Rainford will work within the long standing Property and Construction team, headed up by Partner, Stuart Stead.
