A Transaction Services team led by Mark Bringloe from leading accountants and business advisers, Cowgill Holloway, has provided financial due diligence support to YFM Equity Partners for their investment in bespoke furniture manufacturer, Zutux (UK) Limited.
Zutux, has secured a £950,000 investment from the North West Fund for Development Capital, which is managed by YFM Capital Partners.
Zutux, employing 45 staff, was launched in January 2010 by Managing Director Roger Butterworth and fellow Director Kevin Charles. The Business manufactures bespoke fitted kitchen and bedroom furniture as well as free standing furniture items, including book shelves, desks and multimedia storage units from a facility in Trafford Park.
