Cowgill Holloway LLP are delighted to announce that Lucy Finn, a graduate trainee in their Audit and Business Advisory team, has been awarded a prize by the MCA (Manchester Chartered Accountants) & MCASS (Manchester Chartered Accountants Student Society) for excellent examination performance in her Professional Stage exams.
Paul Stansfield, Managing Partner at Cowgill Holloway commented: “We would like to congratulate Lucy on her accolade, it takes a great deal of commitment to qualify as a chartered accountant and Lucy deserves this recognition for her achievement in her Professional Stage exams.”
Lucy joined Cowgill Holloway in September 2008 and has been an integral part of the firm, advising some of the North West’s leading owner managed businesses. She said: “It is a great honour to receive an award on this level and a fantastic feeling to know that my hard work has paid off. The team at Cowgills has been extremely supportive throughout my training and I am looking forward to gaining some valuable experience once I am fully qualified.”
Lucy will collect her prize at the MCASS Annual Dinner on Thursday 31 March 2011 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.
