Manchester-based student accommodation provider, NJOY
Student Living Ltd, have completed the refinance of their portfolio at Langdale
Hall and Carfax Court. The refinancing comes just over 12 months since the
original finance deal was struck, releasing over £1M of equity.
NJOY have undertaken a major refurbishment programme over the past year which
has helped drive strong rental growth and high occupancy.
The company were advised by Cowgill Holloway Property Finance who assisted with
the original acquisition funding.
