Head of ‘Business Recovery’ at Cowgills Jason Elliott comments on the House of Commons (HOC) briefing paper which has just been released.
Jason says: “The HOC briefing paper has now been released and is attached for viewing. Will be interesting to see how “fast tracked” these proposed changes are and particularly how the Moratorium for companies in financial distress preventing creditor action will work in practice”.
