This was a radical budget – unbelievably one delivered by a Conservative Chancellor, who seems to be advocating borrowing and spending!
The biggest infrastructure spending in generations to improve the longer term prosperity of the UK as well as a commitment for whatever spending the NHS needs to counteract the economic impact of the Coronavirus.
