The University of Manchester Students’ Union has appointed North West accountants and business advisers Cowgill Holloway to provide payroll advice and services.
The University of Manchester Students’ Union employs over 200 staff to represent the varied needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at the University.
The Students’ Union provides a comprehensive range of services to over 40,000 students including the legendary Manchester Academy, a comprehensive advice service, support to over 200 groups and societies and an impressive retail and catering provision.
Speaking on the appointment, Cowgill Holloway’s managing partner Paul Stansfield said: “We are delighted to be providing a payroll service to the University of Manchester Students’ Union. We already carry out payroll services for a number of Student Unions; this new appointment confirms our strong presence in the sector.”
