About the deal
The deal broadens Unrvld’s technology and DXP portfolio, which already includes Platinum Sitecore, Gold Kentico and InCrowd Partner status and opens the door to delivering composable architecture across all platforms.
Through its offices in Belfast, Dublin and Amsterdam, Made to Engage also expands Unrvld’s European footprint to more than 250 specialists, across eight hubs in UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
Cowgills provided financial due diligence (Andrew Nelson) plus tax advice and tax due diligence (Georges Daubney).
