About the deal
Our team advised the shared holders of MH Holdings (UK) their trading company, Academy Leasing on the sale of their business to 1pm plc. AIM listed 1pm agreed to acquire the provider of equipment finance in a deal worth up to £12m in cash and shared. Our corporate finance team led the negotiations from start to finish in the deal that significantly expanded 1pm’s customer base as well as its portfolio of products and services.
