About the deal
AIMS Investments took a majority stake in certain assets and property SPVs from Manchester based residential developer, Beech Holdings (Manchester) Limited. The deal also includes Manchester Apartments, the property management and lettings arm of Beech Holdings.
The deal enables AIMS Investments to continue its long-term commitment to invest significantly in the UK real estate market.
