The acquisition lead by the CEO of Aluminum Developments Group Ltd with the financial support of Anglo European Group and Allied Irish Bank.
Our team had been working with the CEO for some considerable time to find a suitable target and assisted the CEO in negotiating a successful deal with the vendors.
The acquisitions has been a great opportunity for the team at Aluminum Developments to significantly grow the business and potentially acquire complementary businesses in the future.
