Anglo European has been operating since 1989 and is the UK’s foremost supplier of galvanized steel reinforcements to the fenestration industry with a growing presence in the commercial vehicle market.
About the deal
Our team advised the shareholder of Anglo European on the deal which resulted in a multi-million pound investment from London-based investment firm Octopus Investments. The deal sees the owners of Anglo European release part of their equity to Octopus.
The deal will allow Anglo European Group to drive the business forward and achieve growth across the UK and Europe and to invest in innovate new products in the commercial vehicle market
