EFS Global is one of the North West’s largest freight forwarding and haulage groups.
About the deal
The sale to EFS Global provided a 100% exit for the selling shareholders of Austin Wilkinson for an undisclosed sum.
Ian Johnson and Ben Barlow from the Cowgills corporate finance team provided lead advisory services to the shareholders of Austin Wilkinson. Georges Daubney in the tax team also provided tax structuring advice.
