Bornmore Metals is a UK leading supply partner of non-ferrous metals. The company specialises in supplying brass, plus stainless, copper and zinc.
P&P, based in the West Midlands, is one of the largest non-ferrous metal suppliers in the UK.
The acquisition is the second in 2021 for the group. The combined group, including Steel Dynamics and Offshore Stainless Supplies, and has over 100 employees and revenues of over £40m.
About the deal
Bornmore Metals acquired P&P for an undisclosed sum with the deal completing in December 2021. The acquisition was in part financed through new and extended debt facilities with Arbuthnot.
Cowgills provided corporate finance lead advisory services (Ben Barlow), debt advisory (Ben Day), financial due diligence (Mark Bringloe) plus tax advice and tax due diligence (Georges Daubney).
