CCM Motorcycles, a specialist motorcycle manufacturer, has been been backed with a significant investment by Pitalia Capital as the company looks to kickstart an international growth drive.

CCM Motorcycles is best known for its critically acclaimed Spitfire series and has been developing motorbikes across its range of dual sport, supermoto and modern retro models. This has been from its factory at Jubilee Works in Bolton for the last 50 years.
About the deal
Pitalia Capital has backed Bolton-headquartered CCM Motorcycles. Cowgills Corporate Finance (Ian Johnson and Ben Barlow) advised Pitalia Capital on the investment.
