Cowgills worked with the primary shareholder for over four years prior to leading a competitive private equity process. The transaction completed in March-21.
The primary investment deal was structured on a 50:50 pari passu basis and backed by G Square Capital, a dedicated pan-European healthcare investor.
G Square will support the primary shareholder to drive the continued growth of the company and advise on building the executive management team
