About the deal
Having established Contact Recruitment as one of the leading staffing solutions partner, Michael McIntyre appointed Cowgills to identify a suitable trade buyer to support its long term future and to facilitate his retirement.
Cowgills marketed the business to an agreed shortlist of identified parties and successfully secured a trade sale to Kingdom Services Group, a privately owned specialist in security solutions and facilities management. Kingdom has grown strongly through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth with turnover levels in excess of £100m. The senior management team at Contact Recruitment are confident their financial resources will enable the business to maximise its growth potential.
