About the deal
CTI Digital acquires IXIS IT for a combination of cash and a share for share issue. The founder of IXIS IT will continue to work within IXIS IT and its development operating within the CTI group.
The deal was transacted by Cowgills partner Sam Davies and Executive Brett Marsden. The deal was completed December 2020 as targeted.
