About the deal
The hotel was sold to BH Investment Group in February 2020. Cowgills acted on behalf of the vendors to manage the deal process and lead negotiations from heads through to completion. Our team supported the shareholders in navigating a number of complex commercial issues in order to ensure the vendors exited the business on the best possible terms. Cowgills’ support on this transaction allowed the vendors to achieve a better price for their shareholding than initially on offer, improving the cash out on day one for the shareholders.
