In recent years, Miller Waite has developed its SaaS offering, including a bespoke ERP system.
About the deal
Cowgills provided lead advisory and tax advice to the company and its shareholder, David Miller.
After Owning a successful IT business, for over 27 years, David felt now was the right time to step away from the business and allow the senior management team to continue delivering first class IT support to the company’s diverse customer base.
