Cowgills advised the shareholders of Network Integrity Services Limited on the sale of the company to Calligo.

About Network Integrity Services

NIS is an IT infrastructure provider focusing on cloud hosting, security services, cyber forensics and digital automation. NIS acts as a single point of contact in order to deliver technology led solutions to their clients, with the capabilities to provide an end to end service including hardware sales, software sales, installation, licencing, security services and ongoing support service.

Since incorporation in 2002, the Company has built a strong recurring revenue base through both organic and acquisitive growth, having completed seven acquisitions to date. Whilst increasing the customer base, acquisitions have also enabled NIS to improve its service offering through carefully selecting targets offering complementary services.

Through strong relationships with channel partners and industry leading providers, NIS is able to acquire a significant volume of new customers through referrals.

NIS services over 250 customers across the UK through their offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester and Hertfordshire.

 

About the deal

The purchase of Network Integrity Services is Calligo’s ninth acquisition in three years, and fourth in 2020. Network Integrity Services itself has scaled rapidly through acquisition, completing nine acquisitions in the last 10 years.
