About PlumbNation
PlumbNation was set up on 2007 after its owner worked in the building supply sector for Plumb Centre and latterly Travis Perkins. The online retail business quickly grew to achieve sales of £14m by 2013 selling thousands of heating and plumbing products.
About the deal
Our corporate finance team advised the owner on the sale of PlumbNation to Travis Perkins plc. We helped identify the correct strategic buyer and advised on the deal from start to finish by structuring and negotiating the deal. As part of the deal it was agreed that PlumbNation’s owner would remain within the business in order to grow the business further and achieve further success.
