About Roadway Civil Engineering
Roadway is a family-run business based in Llay near Wrexham. Founded in 2000, it specialises in local authority term maintenance, minor road maintenance schemes and associated civil engineering works. The sale of the business coincides with the opening of a new asphalt plant on its Wrexham site.
About the deal
Our team had been working with Roadway for a number of years. The sale of the business to Breedon Plc achieved the shareholders ambitions with an attractive valuation on completion with a long term earnout potential. The selling shareholders and key management will remain with the business.
