About the deal
Rothwells acquisition provided a 100% exit for the shareholders of Rogersons and the acquisition provides Rothwells with an expanded geographical reach.
Rothwells were advised by Ian Johnson and Ben Barlow providing corporate finance lead advisory and funding advice. Our tax team also provided tax due diligence on the target. The deal completed in March 2021.
