Post acquisition the combined group has over 100 employees and revenues of over £35m.
About the deal
Steel Dynamics acquired Offshore Stainless Supplies for an undisclosed sum with the deal completing in June 2021. The acquisition was in part financed through new debt facilities financed by Close Brothers (invoice finance, stock finance, asset finance and cash flow loan).
Cowgills provided corporate finance lead advisory services (Ian Johnson and Ben Barlow), debt advisory (Ben Day), financial due diligence (Mark Bringloe) plus tax advice and tax due diligence (Georges Daubney).
