Cowgills Corporate Finance has advised UK Landscapes on a substantial investment from Mercia’s private equity fund.
Advised by Sam Davies and Ben Barlow, the funding will allow UK Landscapes to step up its organic growth and pursue a ‘buy and build’ strategy in the sector. Georges Daubney from Cowgills Tax team also advised management and shareholders on the tax aspects of the deal.
