WHR, a leading property consultant had been acquired by Canadian-headquartered firm Avison Young. WHR specialises in industrial and office consultancy, investment and property management, and have been involved in many high-profile property deals.
About the deal
Our team had been working with WHR since March 2015. The team carried our detailed shareholder review evaluating the objectives of the shareholders, current valuation and target valuation. This allowed our team to develop their exit strategy.
The acquisition has been a great opportunity for the managing director to look after the future growth of the business.
